Our Policies
In order to make your event as special as possible here are some of our policies that we follow for every guest in order to serve you the best we can in the most efficient was possible!
1. Booking Requirements
All catering services must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the requested service date.
For larger events, including but not limited to:
- Weddings
- Corporate events
- Baby showers
- Birthday celebrations
- Graduation parties
- Large private events
Pr33tytee’s Kitchen recommends booking 30–45 days in advance to allow sufficient time for menu planning, purchasing, preparation, staffing, and other event details.
2. Rush Bookings
Bookings requested within the same week as the requested service date are considered rush bookings and may be subject to a rush fee ranging from $50–$200.
The rush fee will be determined based on factors including:
- Number of guests
- Size and complexity of the event
- Menu and food requirements
- Amount of preparation required
- Availability of Pr33tytee’s Kitchen
Rush fees are in addition to the regular catering cost.
Example: A booking made on August 25 for an event taking place on September 5 would not be considered a rush booking because the event is more than one week away. However, pricing may still be determined by the number of guests and the services requested.
3. Deposits & Invoices
A deposit is required to officially secure your event date.
Once a customer receives an invoice, the required deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
- The deposit is generally 50% of the total event cost.
- The date is not considered officially booked until the deposit has been received.
- If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the invoice may be voided and the requested date may be made available to other customers.
Please note: An invoice alone does not guarantee that your event date is reserved.
4. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
If the final payment is not received by the 72-hour deadline, Pr33tytee’s Kitchen reserves the right to cancel the event. If the event is cancelled because the customer failed to make the final payment on time, the customer will not receive a refund of the deposit or any other amounts already paid.
5. Larger Events & Contracts
Larger events, including weddings, corporate events, large parties, and other events requiring extensive preparation, may require a more detailed catering contract.
For these events, customers may be required to sign the contract before the booking is considered finalized.
The contract may include additional information regarding:
- Event details
- Guest count
- Menu selections
- Staffing
- Equipment
- Delivery and setup
- Payment schedule
- Cancellation terms
- Other event-specific requirements
The deposit and final-payment requirements still apply unless otherwise stated in the signed contract.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, once an event is booked, Pr33tytee’s Kitchen begins preparing for the event and may purchase food, supplies, and other materials specifically for your order.
Because of this, refunds are based on how far in advance the event is cancelled.
Cancellation 2–3 Weeks Before the Event
Customers who cancel 2–3 weeks before the scheduled event date may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no significant non-refundable purchases or event-specific expenses have already been incurred.
Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before the Event
If an event is cancelled 7 days or less before the scheduled service date, the deposit is non-refundable.
At this point, Pr33tytee’s Kitchen may have already purchased food, supplies, and other materials specifically for the event.
Cancellation 2–3 Days Before the Event
Cancellations made 2–3 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.
The amount refunded will depend on the expenses already incurred by Pr33tytee’s Kitchen. Pr33tytee’s Kitchen will determine the refundable amount based on items already purchased, preparation completed, and other non-recoverable costs associated with the event.
Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within this timeframe.
7. Event Date & Service Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:
- Event date
- Service time
- Location
- Number of guests
- Menu selections
- Special requests
- Any other information necessary to provide the requested service
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all required information is provided within the requested timeframe.
Changes to an event after booking may result in additional charges depending on the nature and timing of the requested changes.
